A Japanese artist is placing a modern spin on a centuries-old technique, animating Japanese woodblock prints in the style of continuously looping memes. The artist, who who goes by Segawa thirty-seven, uses Adobe Photoshop and After Effects to alter the static images and inlay elements of sci-fi and modern culture—bringing in Segways and alien spaceships into the fixed landscapes-turned-gifs. 

Tonight's Double Feature consists of two low budget science fiction sexploitation films: Cinderella 2000 (1977) and Space Thing (1968)

Women in space seem to have way better clothes than women on Earth.

We're really slipping in that department.

I hadly ever see women in important jobs on Earth in bikinis or tights. But in space? All of them. or almost all of them.

Somebody needs to bring Jabba the Hutt in sometime to explain to women in business how to dress.
